Wind and hail damage is often covered. Most homeowners pay only their deductible — we handle the paperwork and the roof.

Our team is on site for the inspection so nothing legitimate gets missed or underpaid in the scope.

Once the claim is approved we order materials, schedule the tear-off and hand back a roof that’s ready for the next storm.

How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size, pitch and material of your roof, plus how much decking needs replacing. Every estimate we give is free, written and itemized so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
Will my insurance cover a roof replacement?
If the damage came from wind, hail or a storm, there’s a strong chance it’s covered. We inspect for free, document the damage, and meet with your adjuster so the claim reflects the real scope of work.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are torn off and fully replaced in one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs and commercial systems can take longer — we’ll give you a schedule up front.
Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
Both. If a repair will genuinely buy you years of life, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a new roof.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Velazquez Restoration Corp, carries full liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and we can provide certificates on request.
